Majestic America Cruise Line Cancellation Policies
A full refund (except for amounts paid for the Travel Protection Plan) will be made for written cancellations received at least 120 days prior to departure. Passengers who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per-person cancellation fees:

119 - 90 days prior to departure: $100 per person
89 - 75 days before departure: 25% of gross fare;
74 - 60 days before departure: 50% of gross fare;
59 - 30 days before departure: 75% of gross fare;
29 days or less before departure, or for non-appearance at cruise: 100% of gross fare.

Given that the resale of cancelled space will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell other space, these fees are due regardless of resale. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Cruise Contracts are nontransferable. A fee of $50.00 per person will be charged when confirmed arrangements are altered at traveler's request after the original confirmation has been issued. If such a change involves a change of date of departure and occurs less than ninety (90) days prior to departure date, then the applicable cancellation fees for released cruise space will be charged. Name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. We strongly urge you to consider the Travel Protection Plan below.
